Ethan's OG's Gadget of choice is the Steel Guasha. Guasha is an ancient 2000 Year Old asian therapy technique. A skin scrapping motion that opens blood capillaries under the skin to promote faster healing and release of skin-muscle tension.

When to use Guasha? We recommend Guasha for anyone who has extreme muscle tension or scar tissue that needs to be stretched. For Medium to High muscle tension, we recommend our Motion Cupping.

Does Guasha hurt?
We tell our clients massages should not hurt unless it is necessary to go deeper to find the targeted relief we are looking for. Technique is more important than brute force. Guasha is not a deep technique. Guasha done correctly is a superficial skin to muscle technique.

Tae Know Do competitor. While training hard for a competition, had to undergo knee surgery. Several months later, flare ups have created excruciating pain. and would impede him walking properly.
