Freeze Dried Lions Mane 🤩
Freeze drying is the premium method to preserve functional mushrooms for their nutritional value and active compounds like hercinones & erinacines! ❄️

Rather than using heat, freeze dryers utilize sublimation to remove the moisture and preserve the mushroom. The natural structure, flavor, aroma, and bioactive compounds are of higher quality when freeze-drying.
