Woo wee summer madness! We’ve been doing things! Lots of things! Playing hard, working hard and spending time with family! Through it all we keep ourselves grounded through massage. Not only does massage help with stress, but it keeps us going after days of hard labor and hard playing. Family is the bonus on top! Summer can seem manic. Ground yourself with self-care. Nothing like a massage to keep things real. Step out of the sun and into relaxation!

Friendly reminder about this weekend’s Taos Cancer Society fundraiser, Just for the Health of It. As many of you all know, I provide Oncology Massage for those in cancer treatment and recovery. As a massage provider for Taos Cancer Society I have seen the wonderful impacts their services provide for our community members in time of need. Register and Donated today!

Through consistent bodywork we can play as hard as we want and recover quicker and better. It’s through consistent bodywork that we move freely through life! Get the kinks out…book your massage today.

Vacation!!! Got to get away and get some sun and humidity ❤️. Nothing like family fun in Marco Island. I always schedule a vacation massage! Do you? When I book my flight, I book my massage. Your turn.
