✨Important scheduling update ✨

With roughly 8 weeks until my due date, my books are officially CLOSED!

As we get closer to welcoming our newest addition, I’m incredibly grateful to have a full schedule carrying me through the remainder of my time behind the chair.

A little reminder for when I return from maternity leave: I’ve been very intentional about the schedule and clientele I’m able to maintain moving forward. My priority is continuing to give my clients the time and experience they deserve behind the chair, while also creating a schedule that allows me to be present for my family and my children. Because of that, there are a few services I will no longer be offering and my availability will look more limited than what most of you are used to. As of now, I do not plan to reopen my books to new clients when I return from maternity leave.

If you are not currently on my schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out for guidance. While I may not personally be able to accommodate you, I would be more than happy to recommend one of the incredibly talented stylists I trust and help point you toward someone who will be a great fit for you and your hair needs.

Yesterday, Meredith officially started cosmetology school!

We’re excited to announce that after graduation, Meredith will be joining Weber & Co. Hair Studio and bringing her own creativity, style, and personality to the salon.

She has a lot to learn, a lot of work ahead, and a whole lot of hair to master. 😉 But we’re excited to watch her build her craft and eventually build her own clientele right here at Weber & Co.

For now, she’s a student.
Soon, she’ll be a fully licensed stylist!

As many of you know, our family is preparing to welcome a new baby later this year, and with that comes some upcoming changes to my salon schedule and availability.

Over the next few months, I’ll be gradually restructuring my schedule prior to maternity leave in order to better accommodate my health, my pregnancy, and more intentional time with my children. After a lot of thought and consideration, I’ve realized I can no longer maintain the same volume of clientele and appointment availability moving forward.

Because of this, I’ll be simplifying the services I offer and making adjustments to my schedule over the coming months. Some appointment types will no longer be available, and I’ll unfortunately have to make some difficult decisions regarding the number of clients I’m able to accommodate long term. I can promise you, this is harder on me than it will be for you. Please know these decisions have not been made lightly. Many tears have been shed but ultimately I know this is what is best for myself and for my family. 🤍

Over the next several weeks, I will be reaching out individually to guests whose appointments or services may be affected by these changes. If you do not hear from me, your current appointments remain in good standing and no adjustments are needed at this time.

I am beyond grateful for every single client who has supported me, trusted me, and helped build my business over the years. Your loyalty means more to me than you know. My goal is to make these transitions as smooth as possible, and I’ll be happy to help guide anyone needing recommendations for another stylist or salon during this time. P.S- Meredith starts Cosmo school this summer! Be looking out for future availability. 😉

I have an important booking update!

At this time, I am not accepting new clients. I am currently booking into June, and while I am incredibly grateful for a schedule that full, I want to be mindful not to stretch myself too thin.

My calendar is at full capacity, and in order to continue providing intentional, detailed care to the loyal clients already in my chair, I’m keeping my books closed for now. I will absolutely share an update when I’m able to reopen them.

Serving my current clientele well is my top priority, and I never want the experience to feel rushed or anything less than my best. For my current clients, I will always do my best to accommodate appointment adjustments when possible. However, with my books filled, flexibility may be limited and I may not be able to honor every change request. Please be mindful of this.

Obsessed with how this tone catches the light!

Today I had a client come in for an appointment. She brought me a snickers and a reeses (because she wasn’t sure which one I liked best). She brought me this knowing that yesterday, the first anniversary of my grandpas passing, may have been a difficult day for me and thought I might need a pick-me-up.

If you’ve read any of my posts over the past few years, they may start to sound repetitive when I talk about how much I value my clients’ loyalty, or how my goal has always been more than just being your stylist—I want to build lasting relationships. I know I probably sound like a broken record. But when I say I genuinely cherish these relationships, I mean I genuinely cherish these relationships!

She didn’t just offer me a candy bar today. She offered me thoughtfulness and true genuine connection and I will never take the relationships I’ve formed behind this chair for granted. 🤍

As the new year begins, I’m taking a moment to reflect. I have such an overwhelming sense of gratitude for what 2025 had to offer me and my business.

I recognize the value you place in me and the standard you hold me to—it continuously challenges me to grow and elevate the way I show up for you.

Moving forward, I’m committed to being even more intentional — with my pricing, the products I choose, and the education I invest in so I can continue to grow in my craft and better serve each of you.

I’m greatful for the relationships this business has brought into my life. Every person who sits in my chair means more to me than just an appointment on the calendar. The connections, conversations, and trust shared in this space are something I cherish and will never take for granted.
