When booking appointments, it is really important that the full name and number is correct to ensure any necessary communication. Any add-ons must be added at booking or within 48 hours prior to the appointment. Any appointments booked on off days or a day that you don’t see on the website are considered a squeeze-in. The squeeze-in fee is $35, resulting in a squeeze-in appointment deposit of $75. A conversation does not secure your appointment, as a deposit is required for all appointments. Lastly, I know that us parents are extremely busy, with a lot to do throughout the day, which is why I don’t require parents to sit while your child is being serviced; they are in good 🙌🏾 hands. However, I always send out a “30 minutes until done” text. With such a busy schedule myself, I ask all parents to be mindful of that. If you need a text sent out sooner, giving you a 45-minute or hour heads-up, I can do that. however, it is important that kids are picked up shortly after the service is completed, please, to ensure no changes to the kid appointment policy. Good morning everyone! 🌤️ As braid szn approaches, please be mindful that it is also flu season. The flu spreads rapidly among families, and my household has been affected for 4 1/2 weeks, resulting in a hospital stay. While adults can fight off the flu, it is more challenging for children. Effective immediately, I request that if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule until you are feeling better. Please notify me via text prior to your appointment so we can schedule an alternative date. If symptoms are apparent at the appointment, it will be cancelled without exception.
