Policy Update ✨

To help keep my schedule running smoothly and ensure I can accommodate all of my clients, I kindly ask that any major changes to your scheduled service be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

If you arrive and request a dramatic change from the service originally booked that results in a significant decrease in the appointment time or cost (for example, changing a full blonding service to a haircut), without providing at least 48 hours’ notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment that was originally reserved.

The time you book is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes often prevent me from filling that appointment with another client.
