This Monday we had a class on how to give our guest gorgeous blowouts and not break our body down in the process.

We’re kicking this series off with tip number 1 - move your body, not just your arms

You can create more stability & leverage with your body by changing your stance

For example if you are stacked like Manny Quinn here your a lot easier to shove over

But if we stagger our stance like so, your more stable and your able to lean with your body and not rely solely on your arms for pulling
