Mindful Mobile Massage by Michelle

Do you have a teen or child with anxiety? If you do, did you know that massage can also help them the same way it can help you as an adult! It helps to calm their nervous system so if you have a teen or child who struggles with anxiety massage might be the answer you are looking for. I do accept children and teens, a parent just has to sign a waiver AND must be present in the treatment room for the duration of the massage.

Good morning and happy Tuesday! I still have a few openings this week for massage as well as next week. Something you may not know about me is I LOVE surprises, not for me but for others. Last night I got to surprise one of my clients with a massage for her birthday! Her friend reached out to me and asked if she could pay for her friends massage and she did just that. After the massage before she paid, I showed her the video her friend made and she was so happy! If you're looking for the perfect gift for your friend, family or whoever and want to surprise them I would love to help with that! I have physical gift certificates, egift cards or you can prepay and make a video to surprise them at the end of their massage! Self care in the form of a massage is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your loved ones! The holidays are right around the corner and nothing makes a better gift than massage! I hipe everyone has a wonderful Tuesday! Thank you for letting me be a part of your surprise for someone else and thank you for trusting me with your self care!

Happy Tuesday! I can't believe its getting to the end of 2026 already! A few things coming up. I will be rebranding with a new name hopefully starting Oct 1 so you will see this page change names once its finalized! I just need to file some stuff with the good ol government. I plan to do a rebranding open house sometime around the middle to end of November. I will still be at the same location in Elizabethtown. So that will NOT be changing! And lastly, starting October 1 I will start taking donations for toys and items for kids to donate for Christmas as well as taking donations of new and gently used items for the local homeless population and animal items to donate to local rescues and shelters. I will post a list of items needed and asked for for local homeless people as well as items for kids and animals. Every time you donate an item for either I will take some money off your massage. Even if its a future massage I will put a note in your profile in my booking system. All items will be distributed to those who need it as the weather gets colder and close to Christmas for kiddos. There will also be more posts across all social media with all these updates and changes! I appreciate all of you and look forward to working with everyone soon end ending this year on a good note! Call or text 223-289-4909 to book a massage, message me here or comment and I will happily message you!

So I am going to do an accountability post tonight. Today was a first for me where I had overlooked an appointment I had when I looked at my schedule this week. I apologize to my client for this mistake and I want to thank my client for being so kind, understanding and forgiving. When I mess up, my promise to you is that I will own my mistake, no excuses, and make it right. I value each of you and I never want to make any of you feel like I don't. Again, thank you for being understanding, patient and giving me the opportunity to make it right. I try to give all of you grace and I greatly appreciate when you extend the same to me. I hope everyone has a great evening and I will see you all soon!!

Hi friends! It's almost the weekend and I hope everyone had a great week! Something I learned this week is that if you have an HSA card/account you can use that to pay for massage! It is considered healthcare!! So if you have wanted a massage but couldn't afford it or fit it into your budget, but have an HSA, I can and do accept that as payment too! I look forward to working with everyone soon! Have a fantastic night!

Happy Monday! I apologize for this being so late. For Sept all appointments will come with a FREE shampoo or paraffin hand dip at the end of every massage! Shampoos are a great way to end the massage and have just a tad bit more self care! The paraffin hand dip is absolutely amazing for dry, aching hands. Hands that are cracked and even if you have some arthritis. It is so moisturizing and just is amazing! If you already had your appointment for September I will honor this for your next massage! I look forward to seeing everyone soon! The paraffin dip wax is lavender. If you are allergic and want a paraffin dip, let me know and I will make sure to have a safe option for you! I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Happy Thursday! Almost Friday, which means.... the weekend is almost here!!
