✨ Updated Cancellation Policy ✨

With the holidays right around the corner, our schedule is filling up fast — and we want to make sure every guest has a fair chance to book the time they need!

To help us protect our stylists’ time and livelihood, please note our updated policy, which applies to all of our clients:

🔸 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
🔸 No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

We completely understand that things come up, and we always do our best to be flexible when possible. This policy simply ensures we can continue to serve all our guests with care and consistency.
