October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to bring attention to early detection, screening, and conversations about breast health.

Knowing what is normal for your body matters. If you notice a new lump, changes in the breast or ni**le, skin changes, or something that simply doesn't seem normal for you, don't put off talking with your healthcare provider.

It's also important to know your personal and family history and discuss when breast cancer screening is appropriate for you.
