Main Street Barber Co. - Elk City

UPDATE TO MY CANCELLATION POLICY

I completely understand that life happens and plans change. However, after losing a significant amount of income due to last-minute cancellations and no-shows, I’m making an important change to my cancellation policy.

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved specifically for you. I turn away other clients and set that time aside with the expectation that you’ll be there.

Going forward:

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee.
• No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

I want to be upfront about why this matters. This is how I make my living. This is how I pay my bills and support myself and my family. This isn’t a hobby or something I do on the side — this is my business and my livelihood.

When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or someone doesn’t show up, that time usually cannot be filled. That means I lose income that I was counting on.

I truly appreciate every person who sits in my chair, supports my business, recommends me to others, and respects the time I’ve set aside for them. It means more than you know. 🤝🏼

Thank you for understanding this change and for continuing to support Main Street Barber Company. 🖤💈

I’ve got spots open tomorrow! Help me fill those up!
I’ll leave the link in the comments; thank you all!
Have a great evening 💙🇺🇸💈

Everything is buttoned up at the shop. We’ll resume business tomorrow morning! Thank you for understanding our dilemma today and we look forward to seeing you soon!

The shop will be closed today but we’re hoping to be open again in the morning. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I will be out of the shop starting this coming Monday the 6th and will be back the following Monday the 13th. In my absence Cale will be taking over the shop and will be accepting walk ins; if you need a cut he’s gonna be your guy!
I hope you all have a fantastic 4th of July! Thank you all for your love and support! 🇺🇸💈

Please note that I will be headed to church camp this Saturday, the 30th, and will return to the shop on Thursday, the 4th. During my absence, I will be unavailable to receive phone calls related to the shop. I will provide Eli and Cale's phone numbers in the comments for any urgent matters. If you need anything while I’m away, please contact them directly. Thank you all for the love and support! 🇺🇸💙💈

I’ve been asked several times in the last several weeks if we offer walk-ins or appointments. We do BOTH! Eli is walk-in only; Cale is doing walk-ins and accepting appointments, and I do appointment only. We have it all to help whoever needs a cut!
Don’t hesitate to reach out to us; we would love to serve you and have you join the shop family! Have a great week and be blessed!
💙💈🇺🇸
