🎉🌱ROOTED RENEWAL TURNS ONE! 🌱🎉

One year ago today, on October 7, 2025, I opened the doors to Rooted Renewal Massage Therapy.

Today, I get to celebrate ONE YEAR IN BUSINESS. 💜

My small business has become something so much more meaningful than I could have imagined.

This past year has brought growth, challenges, lessons, new friendships, amazing clients, and life as a mom of 2.

I’ve learned that building a small business takes courage, patience, consistency, and a whole lot of heart. And I’ve also learned that I couldn’t do it without the people who continue to support me.

To every client who has trusted me with their care, referred a friend, shared a post, left a review, encouraged me, or simply walked through my doors.. THANK YOU 💜

You have helped Rooted Renewal grow, and I am so incredibly grateful.

🎁 TO CELEBRATE, I’M GIVING BACK!

THE STORY BEHIND ROOTED RENEWAL 🌱

Tomorrow, Rooted Renewal Massage Therapy officially turns ONE. 💜

Before I celebrate the milestone, I wanted to share a little bit about the story behind this business.

Starting my own massage therapy business was something I knew I wanted to do. I wanted to create a space where people could step away from the busyness of everyday life, feel cared for, and have a place to simply slow down and breathe. But building this business has also given me something I’m incredibly grateful for, the opportunity to be a mom while still pursuing something I love. It has allowed me to build a career that gives me purpose, while also giving me the flexibility to be present for my family and watch my babies grow.

On October 7, 2025, I took the leap and opened the doors to Rooted Renewal.

Since then, I’ve learned so much.. not only about running a business, but about myself, my clients, and what it truly means to build something from the ground up.

This first year hasn’t looked exactly how I imagined it would. I’ve experienced the excitement of growing my clientele, the challenges of being a small business owner, and adding to the chapter of motherhood that led me to take some time away for maternity leave.

Coming back to my table this fall has made me realize just how much this business and my clients mean to me. 💜

Every appointment, referral, review, encouraging message, and person who has supported Rooted Renewal has played a part in this journey.

And tomorrow, we celebrate ONE YEAR ROOTED. 🌱🎉

Thank you for being a part of my story.

I can’t wait to see what year two brings. 💜

🌱 ONE YEAR OF ROOTED RENEWAL 🌱

🎉 It’s officially anniversary week! 🎉

On October 7, Rooted Renewal Massage Therapy will celebrate ONE YEAR since I opened my doors!

This past year has been filled with so much growth, learning, new faces, and so many people who have trusted me with their care. 💜

It has also brought a very special new chapter in my life, becoming a mom of two (and a boy mom!) Coming back this fall has made me even more grateful for this business and for the opportunity to continue doing work that I truly love.

So this week, I’m celebrating Rooted Renewal and the people who have helped make it what it is today. 🌿

I’ll be sharing a little more of my story throughout the week, along with a special anniversary giveaway! So come follow along!

🎉 The big anniversary is Wednesday, October 7!

Thank you for being here, supporting my small business, and helping me grow. 💜

Here’s to ONE YEAR rooted in purpose, connection & renewal. 🌿
