Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I want you to be able to enjoy every minute of your treatment.
If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may need to be shortened by the amount of time you are late. Unfortunately, I’m not able to extend appointments past their scheduled end time, as I need enough time to properly clean, sanitize, reset my room, and be ready for my next client.
For example, if you have a 50-minute facial scheduled and arrive 15 minutes late, we may only have about 35 minutes available for your treatment.
Thank you for understanding and for helping me stay on schedule so every client receives the same care and attention during their reserved time.
