Here's a Hot Tip from Julene that she wishes every guest knew.

You should avoid using the hottest setting on your blow dryer because excessive heat can burn, dry out, and break your hair. And that "Cool Shot" button is magic. It closes your hair cuticle, adding intense shine and blocking out frizz.

Today is our Lizzie's birthday! While every year is special, (and we've celebrated 10 of them with Lizzie!), this one is going to be extra special for her. Because this is the year she marries her best friend. We can't wait to see all the beautiful things that are in store for our Lizzie this year!

We recently asked Claire what hair/beauty trend she's loving right now. She said, "Hair Oiling," and since she's been doing it herself, she's noticed a change in her hair. Hair oiling has deep historical roots in Ayurvedic and South Asian traditions long before it became a popular hair trend. Applying oil to dry hair and your scalp, and letting it sit for a few hours before washing it out, increases hair elasticity and protects strands from hygral fatigue. Have any of you tried it?

Twenty years ago, FIX was an idea. Today, it's a team, a community and thousands of relationships built one appointment at a time.

As our anniversary celebration comes to a close, we're looking back with a whole lot of gratitude.

In the early days of FIX, Julene painted the first shampoo cabinets in her garage. From the very beginning, she has handcrafted the FIX experience—from the space she created to the way every guest is welcomed and cared for.
