There is now a salon wide 24 hour cancellation/ no show fee.

What this means for you…

If a chemical service is scheduled and cancelled, or rescheduled in 24 hours or less then your appointment time, a $50 fee that will be charged before rescheduling on your stylist books.

If a haircut service is cancelled, and rescheduled in 24 hours or less a $25 fee will be charged in order to reschedule on the stylist books.

This new fee will also be included for clients not showing up to your appointment without any communication with your stylist.

Your stylist may ask to keep a credit/debit card on file for this charge.

We appreciate your cooperation during this transition. We cannot thank you enough for all your continued support.
