Ms. Elko County Alexandra Sanchez-Ruiz and Teen Miss Elko County Naidely Casique attended and served food at the 2026 National Night Out event at the Main City Park in Elko, Nevada. 🌟

Alexandra is pictured with her dad, Jose, and got to serve alongside EMT Bobbi Lino. Our Teen Queen Naidely is pictured with Armida Marin, community liaison for our local Sheriff’s Office. This event is hosted by Elko County Sheriff's Office and Elko Police Department. ✨

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign, held on the first Tuesday of August in most states across America, that promotes law enforcement, first responders, and community partnerships as well as neighborhood camaraderie. 💫

Elko County 2026 Queens - Saving Lives One Procedure at a Time 🩺✨

Ms. Elko County Alexandra and Teen Miss Elko County Naidely attended Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital’s Meet the Robot event to view the hospital’s new da Vinci Xi Surgical System, a robotic-assisted surgery system that’ll be used by General Surgeon Mark DeMar and his team. ⭐️

A sample robot was set up in the hospital lobby for the public and our “medical” beauties were able to take it for a “test drive.” 🏥 Attendees were also given the opportunity to recommend a unique name for the surgical system, and the top ten submissions will be voted on to pick a winner, who will then receive a prize! 🎁

Teen Miss Elko County 2026 Naidely Casique attended the Closing Ceremony for the annual Elko Senior Olympic Games, hosted by The Elko Senior Center. 🏅 She is pictured with the Center’s director and Elko County 2026 Pageant Judge Matt McCarty. ✨

The objectives of the Elko Senior Olympics are:
🩺 To encourage undertaking and/or continued participation in a health and fitness oriented lifestyle.
🥳 To provider adults fifty and better with a forum in which to compete with themselves and their peers to receive recognition for their efforts and achievements in an atmosphere of friendship and support.
🏀 To focus public attention on the importance of regular exercise, competition and social interaction as ways to achieve and maintain better physical and mental health.
❤️ To promote a positive image of adults 50 and better who serve as role models for people of all ages.

Ms. Elko County Alexandra Sanchez-Ruiz and Teen Miss Elko County Naidely Casique bought and donated items to Communities In Schools of Northeastern Nevada - Elko County’s Third Annual Fill the Bus School Supply Drive, presented by SilverSummit Healthplan. 📓✏️👖 Our beautiful queens dropped off the items at Riverton Elko GM Superstore. 📍

The purpose of this month-long event is to ensure that nearly 10,000 students in the Elko County School District have the resources they need to achieve success. 🎓 Members of our community are encouraged to purchase school supplies and other essentials, and then drop them off at one of the partner locations. ✨

Our former Elko County queens and reigning America’s National Miss 2026 titleholders, Miss Nevada Isabelle Roman and Ms. Nevada Caitlin Bixler, also contributed to the drive. ❤️🤍💙

📚👑 Storytime with the Princesses 👑📚

You're invited to a special storytime at the Elko County Mybrary on Friday, August 14, at 10:30am with Little Miss Elko County Olivia Grumbois, Teen Miss Elko County Naidely Casique, and Ms. Elko County Alexandra Sanchez-Ruiz. 🎉

This free, family-friendly event at our library is for children of all ages. 💫 This back-to-school program is also your kid's opportunity to hang out with our 2026 queens and do a fun craft! 🌟
