I love finding ways to get more collagen in my diet through whole foods..I have been making bone broth at home and now I FINALLY made the TCM collagen beauty drink I've been seeing all over my socials... It requires some prep and patience k**e all good things
I'm not gonna lie, I was a bit nervous to try this one. I think it's mainly because I've never had the snow fungus before and it was such a strange texture when it was rehydrated that I was not sure how it was going to taste when it was cooked.
But luckily it tastes good :) slightly sweet, a bit earthy but not overpowering. I made sure to make a big batch to have some for the next 4 days and to bring some to my local monthly clients to try.
If you've been waiting to make it, stop!! Just make it already ! I was able to get my ingredients from a local Asian market but they also have them on Amazon
You will need dried: Snow Fungus, jujube (red date), peach gum, lotus seeds, longan, and goji berries . Optional add in; basil seeds or chia seeds that have been hydrated separately before being added to the final product once it's off the heat source .

Just 2 peels and you can already see reduction in pigmentation and fine lines PLUS we finally have some great blood flow coming to the skin after 4 total facial services .

Day 6 after my level 4 peel of 8 layers of
It is night 5 and the peel is REAL!!!
So happy to be shedding these dead layers as I did not use as many actives this summer as I usually do

It's day 4 and we are peeling y'all!!
The flaking has officially turned into some light peeling from my mouth to my chin /cheeks.... Still nothing happening on my forehead though... I'm curious what it will do
Still using my gentle cleanser 2x a day followed by and . Today I also applied the in the non tinted primer formula.
I messed up and applied the dog in many directions because I wasn't using a mirror and was running causing the peely parts to be more visible than they were haha.
If you apply in the direction the skin is lifting from to almost press it back down , you will not have this issue as bad hahaha
