I came to her with HORRIBLE looking hair and honestly had no idea where to even begin with extensions. I found Martha while searching online, and from the very first appointment she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I was so nervous, but she walked me through every single step of the process from start to finish, explained everything in detail, answered every question I had, and was completely transparent about pricing. She truly didn’t miss a single detail.

What stands out even more is how genuinely caring she is. Every appointment, she asks about my kids, remembers things we’ve talked about, and actually listens. That means so much to me because it shows she truly cares about her clients as people, not just appointments. If she notices anything with my scalp or hair health, she brings it up and talks me through it.

My first appointment with her was March 14th (if I remember correctly!), and I’ve gone back several times since. Every single appointment is something I genuinely look forward to.

My extensions?! PHENOMENAL. The blending is flawless, they look so natural, and nobody can even tell I have extensions in. She absolutely nailed it. I cannot say enough amazing things about her!
