Its with an aching heart I say good bye to Hermance street. I know many of you have seen the post and wondered. And all this time I've remained silent. Stephanie Weiss Bassett and I have decided to close our doors and move into new ventures and new locations. We have both learn3d so much about ourselves and each other and about business and what we are looking for it was a great ride and we have both come out better on the other side with new adventure waiting for us. Please be on the lookout for all of the new happenings both with Ehmber and Soul Real Wellness as this is just the opening of a new door as one was closed behind us.

Navigating Challenging Conversations with Reiki

Have you ever faced tough talks at work or with loved ones? Using Reiki as a tool can help foster calm, understanding, and positive outcomes in those moments. Here are some helpful tips:

1️⃣ Center and Ground Yourself: “Before the conversation, practice Reiki techniques such as Gassho meditation to ground and center yourself. This helps you stay calm and balanced, which is crucial for effective communication.”

2️⃣ Send Reiki in Advance: “Send Reiki energy to yourself, the other person, and the conversation for the highest good of all concerned. Reiki can help create a harmonious atmosphere and promote mutual understanding.”

3️⃣ Set Intentions: “Write your intentions and place them in your Reiki box or grid for daily Reiki. If you don’t yet have a Reiki box or grid, hold the paper with your intention between your hands and give Reiki.”

4️⃣ Cleanse Residual Energy: “After the conversation, cleanse any negative energy that may have arisen during the exchange. Use Reiki techniques like Kenyoku, dry bathing, or drawing symbols like CKR to clear residual energies.”
