She doesn’t understand levels, tones, or formulation…
but she does believe everything should be pink. 💗

✨📞 Snippy Pinkerton: Day 3 Update! 📞✨
After two days of absolute chaos in the salon (RIP to the blow dryer incident and the waxing tragedy of 2025), Snippy has decided to take a mental health day… at the front desk.

She said, “If I can’t style hair, I can at least return phone calls,” and immediately grabbed the salon phone like she meant BUSINESS.

So if you get a message for someone named F***y Bampkin asking you to “come in for 200 strands of tinsel!!”… just know Snippy is doing her best. 😂

She’s booking appointments, taking notes, and aggressively tapping the keyboard. We’re letting her reset today so she can try something new tomorrow—possibly something with fewer moving parts and less fire-hazard potential.

Wish her luck… and maybe double-check your appointment times. 🤣💗✂️ gnome girl is trying.

✨ Snippy Pinkerton’s Training Chronicles: Day 2 ✨

Yesterday’s blow-drying lesson went… crispy. 🔥💨
(We’re still finding stray curls in the ceiling vents.)

So today, Snippy has bravely moved on to the waxing station.
She said, “How hard can it be?” and we all took three steps back.

She’s currently practicing on wax strips because, frankly, none of us were willing to volunteer after The Great Blow Dryer Incident of 2025.
She’s doing her best, but so far she’s stuck to:
✔ the chair
✔ her comb
✔ her own braids
✔ and the waxing cart (she was dragging it behind her as it was stuck to her hat 🤦🏼‍♀️)

If you hear tiny screaming, don’t worry—it’s just Snippy trying to wax her pom-pom. 😭✨

We handed her the blow dryer and brush, and she confidently waddled over to her station… only to admit that she still can’t actually see anything. 👀😂

She says she’s “working mostly off vibes,” and honestly? Same, girl. Same.

🎄✂️ Introducing Our New Seasonal Stylist… Snippy Pinkerton! ✂️🎄

First Impressions Hair Studio is very excited to welcome our tiniest team member, Snippy Pinkerton, who will be joining us for the Christmas season! 💗✨

She’s all ready for her first official day tomorrow — comb polished, scissors packed, braids freshly fluffed — but she is a little nervous. Mostly because… well… she can’t actually see over her hat. Or her braids. Or her own nose. 👀😂

But don’t worry! She promises to do her absolute best. She’s been practicing blindfolded haircuts for weeks, and says she has a “really good feeling” about it. (We told her we’d handle the real hair… she can stick to morale-boosting and looking adorable.)

If you spot her around the salon, please give her a warm welcome — maybe even help point her in the right direction. She keeps walking into the shampoo bowls.
