It's hard managing your life so you can live it to it's fullest, share your healthy living habits and routines to help encourage others :) it's great to be fit.
Today is day 4 of my awakening, yes it took me 4 days to post because I wasn't sure if I was quite ready :-).
This is not going to be about posting photos before and after it will simply be a testimony that no matter what you're going through, what your health is like, what you're facing or up against, there is no excuse to not take care of your body and live your best life.
I have not found my perfect workout routine but once I do I will share it and I would love some workout buddies.
And I have to give thanks to all my trials and tribulations that have forced me to appreciate the little things once again and take care of my vessel. I hope you all have a wonderful day
