Scheduling Update ⚠️

I know I originally estimated that my books would reopen around August 3rd, and I want to thank everyone for your continued patience!

Unfortunately, I am still waiting for my finalized school/clinical schedule before I can confidently open my books. I don’t want to schedule appointments and then have to move everyone around once I receive it.

As soon as I have my schedule, my books will be open! I’ll make a post here to let everyone know, but if you’d also like me to personally send you a text as soon as booking opens, comment below and I’ll add you to my list. 🥰

August always seems to be one of the busiest months of the year!

Between work, vacations, weddings, back-to-school shopping, and trying to squeeze every last bit out of summer, it can feel like there's never enough time to slow down.

One of the first things many of us sacrifice is sleep, but getting enough quality rest can make a huge difference in stress levels, mood, and even muscle tension. When we're well-rested, our bodies recover better and are better equipped to handle everything life throws our way.

🌙 What's one part of your bedtime routine that helps you get a good night's sleep?

My answer: I have turned my bed into the coziest place in the house. 😂 Between the extra pillows and fuzzy blankets, it's so comfortable that I never want to get out of it in the morning!

I'd love to hear what helps you unwind before bed. Maybe you'll inspire someone else to improve their nighttime routine! 🛏
