We’re so excited to officially welcome Caitlin to The Alchemist team! 🤎

Caitlin has always had a passion for creating art and loves bringing that creativity into her work behind the chair. Her own journey learning to understand and care for her curls inspired a special interest in curly hair, and she hopes to help others embrace and love their natural texture.

She’s excited to continue growing her skills, creating beautiful hair, and helping every guest feel confident in what makes their hair uniquely theirs.

We can’t wait to watch Caitlin grow at The Alchemist — help us give her a warm welcome! 🤍🌿

Today marks the end of a very long chapter at The Alchemist as Shaina spends her last day with us after 15 years.

It’s difficult to put 15 years into just a few words. Shaina has been beside us through so many seasons of The Alchemist—through changes, growth, challenges, celebrations and countless memories in between. She has been such an important part of our salon, our team and our story, and I will always be grateful for everything we’ve shared along the way.

As life takes Shaina closer to the Bangor area, she’ll be beginning a new chapter. We truly wish her happiness and success in whatever comes next and hope this next season brings her everything she’s looking for.

Shaina has been reaching out personally to her guests to let them know about her transition. For those of you who have been seeing Shaina, we also want you to know that you will always have a home here at The Alchemist. If you’d like to remain with us, our team would genuinely love to continue taking care of you.

We’re happy to help match you with the stylist who best fits your hair, your preferences and your schedule, and we’ll do everything we can to make the transition comfortable and seamless. Please reach out anytime if you’d like help finding your perfect fit.

We’re incredibly proud of the talented team here at The Alchemist and excited about everything that lies ahead. Most of all, we’re grateful to every one of you who has supported this salon and the people within it through all of its different chapters.

Thank you for being such an important part of this one, Shaina. After 15 years, there are more memories than we could ever fit into a post, and you will forever be a part of The Alchemist’s story. ✨🤍✨
