Tracy and Amanda had the privilege of spending last week in Parma, Italy with our Davines family! The Grow Business Gathering is an incredible platform for salon leaders from around the world to share inspiration, goals, ideas, struggles & solutions with each other. They also had the opportunity to tour the facilities where Davines products are developed and tested, the on-site scientific gardens, and EROC. Seeing Davines’ commitment to Regenerative Organic Agriculture, and the on-the-ground efforts by the scientists was incredibly inspiring!
