It’s easy to forget how far you have come! Just taking a moment to take stock and look back and man I owe CrossFit so much mentally and physically! has been my pilot on this journey! I could not ask for a better community! 🙏

Stand up!! My gym Crossfit Counter Culture] had a photographer come in and they used one of my pics for advertising. It shocked me how far I have come and I could not have done it without Crossfit Counter Culture]. I stood up against illness, sickness, obesity, diabetes and aging before my time!!! I had to limp before I can but I am running not as fast as I would like but a lot faster then when I was on a can broken. But now I stand up with 50 pound dumbbells!!! What’s stopping you???? Fight ! Working on mental toughness! Pushing my self not to stop when my mind says enough. Not a runner just trying to trim off the goo around my mid section.

1st mindset tool THERE IS NEVER A GOOD TIME TO POISON YOURSELF! I used this all the time with the food pushers and sweets that surrounded me. Moderation is a lie for those who are addicted to sugar. The chemicals that are released in the brain is overwhelming and over powering for most. Just like you can not out work a bad diet, having a poor mindset is just as destructive. Guard your mind and stay focused on what you want. Be sold out on the process! Every minute of everyday keep your mindset strong.

Moving the fitness needle little by little! Great ride after an 11 hour day at work. What’s holding you back ? Take you health (life) back, redeem the time lost (from bad health) and live radical! (make everything easier)
