When one door closes, it opens a window! 2020 has been a rollercoaster of stress. However, it has also made for the development of a beautiful and unexpected partnership. I could not have found a more amazing partner than I have with my co-worker and friend, Darby. She is incredibly talented, driven, and most importantly, she is such an amazing person with an incredible heart. Darby and I couldn’t be more excited for this journey of salon ownership! The outpouring of support from our families, the salon community, and our clients has been incredible. We can’t wait to show you all our space. Thank you for your patience during these crazy times. Loving all the requests for bright blonde lately! Also really loving her Lilygirl mask. Disposable ear loop masks are best for any color appointment but this one worked great since we only do highlights and don’t need to tone her. 😷

On our way to healthy hair 👌🏼 When she first came in to me her hair was over processed and breaking off. This photo is from last week and it is so nice to see the progress we have made since her first appointment back in August. Olaplex, very careful highlighting of the stronger parts of her hair, and frequent trims, have gotten us to where she is now. Her ends were beyond repair but she didn’t want to lose all her length so we are taking small, but effective steps to get her hair healthy again. Swipe to see her progress. @ Carlsbad, California
