Repost : here’s a little known fact... what you are using in your laundry could be causing your acne!! I know, I was shocked to learn this as well! Many ingredients that are used in laundry detergent can trigger breakouts. Your best bet is to choose a detergent that is labeled “Free and Clear” although this is still not a sure bet. Fabric softeners and dryer sheets are also HUGE acne culprits. (A hard fact to face if you have a fabric softener addiction like me 😢) Dryer sheets contain a waxy residue that wreak havoc on the skin of acne prone individuals! Even products labeled “organic” and “all natural”can still have pore clogging ingredients.
