Hello Facebook I don’t post on here very often but my current assistant is about to graduate. I am looking for a new assistant to start September first !

3 weeks ago i was living my best life in Mexico. If you are a new follower i want to reintroduce myself.
We all have passions in life and i want to share a few of mine with you.
1- doing hair and making people feel beautiful inside and out
2- traveling - I have a deep desire to travel new places and create new memories while meeting new people on the way.
3- cooking - I’m not very good i just throw things together and I’m usually pleasantly surprised.
4-walks outside - i love working out outside. I also go to the gym but i love being outside. i just moved closer to the beach so i will go on more walks at the on the board walk and around my neighborhood every day with my pup. But i love going on hikes In lab there’s so many great ones. Always with 🐶

Wow loving this color melt using . Took us a couple sessions but we are finally at her goal and i couldn’t be happier ❤️‍🔥she was just as stoked ❤️‍🔥

I know everyone LOVES shades EQ gloss but ... Does anyone else love shades EQ cream ? •

I have been loving shades cream lately for all my lowlights and base colors because it’s a Demi and it will fade Nicely when there natural grows in.

The breakdown :
•1st - Apply base color 7nw & 7g 10 v
•2nd- balayage lightener with 30v & lowlight shades cream (same as base) process & wash
• 3rd- Root melt with Redken shades EQ 6g and 6 n 5 nw. while that sits apply wet balayage in the bowl with left over lightener & shampoo mid to ends.
•4th- rinse and tone all over with 10GI then treatment 5-10 mins
•5th -haircuts blowdry & style with •

Hello new and old follower.

I just wanted to check in with everyone and have an Instagram vs. reality moment . I think sometimes on social media we come off as perfect and that’s only because we are posting the perfect parts of our lives.
But on on this Monday (Even though I’m
not working) I am having a terrible case of the Monday’s. Maybe it’s hormonal... maybe it’s because I’m just feeling unmotivated & a little useless during what I have been calling Quarantine 2.0

But I decided to try to redirect my brain and remind myself of everything I’m thankful for. (I know there’s so many bigger things and negatives in the world) So with that being said, I want to share with you the 10 things I came up with today.
1- Having a savings account (thank you mom for making me a saver)
2- having this extra time to relax and tan.
3- living in Southern California. I have been able to enjoy this summer scenery more. Going to the beach, hiking etc.
4- having my family local
5- living with my best friend/ brother & making friends with my neighbors during this pandemic. (Who have become my best friends)
6- being healthy. Having more time to workout and cook.
7-Dating (yes i know it’s a weird time but having extra time has allowed me to do so 🤷🏼‍♀️ don’t judge and idk if i recommend it lol)
8-my coworkers & assistant that always have my back. Keeping each other inspired and starting a book club I’m super excited for.
9-my followers on Instagram even though it’s a cliché I’m so thankful for each and every one of you. I wouldn’t be able to build a Bussiness behind the chair with out you. If you have sat in my chair once or a hundred times or you’re just a follower and support through Instagram I love you.
10- My dog Delilah. (Last but definitely not least)Always making me feel the love and getting me out of bed when I don’t want to.

I know some of these things are silly and some are serious but in the moment these are the things I’m thankful for. I honestly feel so much better and I’m not as moody now that I did this. I hope this inspires you to have a mental check in with yourself and maybe write down something that you’re thankful for. 🥰 •
