Updated Cancellation Policy‼️

To all my valued clients, please be aware of the changes to my cancellation policy. Due to recent last-minute cancellations, I am implementing a new procedure to ensure smoother bookings and appointments. I will have limited availability for the next couple of months due to family health concerns so I am doing my best to accommodate all of my clients. Unfortunately, I am not able to fill cancelled appointments in less than 72 hours.

Moving forward, a credit card will be required to secure your booking, and a deposit will be necessary for all appointments even for those booked directly with me through messenger or phone. You will receive a link on your phone with easy instructions to complete this process, and once done, your appointment will be confirmed.

For appointments made through my website, the same policy applies.

I very much understand that emergencies and sicknesses happen, and in such cases, I appreciate your consideration for both my well-being and that of other clients. If you need to cancel due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, a rescheduled appointment must be booked at the time of cancellation.

By adhering to these new guidelines, I can ensure a more efficient and respectful booking process for everyone involved.
