9 years. 🩷

In 2017, I got thrown into owning a business. I was scared, had absolutely no idea what I was doing, and definitely didn’t have some big master plan for what Archrival would become.

I just figured it out as I went.

And honestly, 9 years later, I’m still figuring it out. 😂 I’ve learned, changed, fu**ed up, started over, taken chances, worked way too many late nights and just kept building.

Somewhere along the way, this became so much bigger than lashes and brows. This industry has taken me places I never imagined I’d go. I’ve traveled for education, retreats and conferences, built friendships and connections all over the world, and learned from some of the best in this industry.

And just days before Archrival turned 9, I was across the country at LashCon — still learning, still networking and still trying to be better. 🥹

What started as something I was terrified to do became something I’m so fu***ng proud of.

And to every client who has sat in my chair, followed me from place to place, referred a friend or supported one of my crazy ideas — I wouldn’t have made it 9 years without you.

Archrival has evolved so much over the years, and trips like this remind me that continuing to learn and pivot is part of building something that lasts.

We’ve spent the last few days learning new techniques, connecting with some incredible people, discovering new products, and bringing home LOTS of new ideas. 👀

Today is our final day at LashCon, then it’s time to bring all of that inspiration back home to the 607. 🖤✨
