Gift Spa, formerly located in Herrin, is celebrating its new location at 301 S. Pershing St. in Energy with a Grand Opening this Thursday, Oct. 1, 4-6 p.m. Appetizers will be included along with guided tours and raffles with exciting prizes. A Herrin Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting will start the event at 4 p.m. Owner and licensed esthetician Ana Manzano founded the Gift Spa, which offers advanced customized facials, permanent makeup, new head spa services, nails and pedicures and relaxing spa treatments.

How often should you get a facial?

As a general rule, every 4 to 6 weeks is a great interval to maintain your skin and achieve progressive results, but not all skin types need the exact same routine.
