My client purchased what she thought was a brown box dye, and it ended up turning into a level 2 black! After doing a color removal at home, it left her very splotchy all over. After a thorough consultation, we decided the next steps would be to do a test strand, decolorize everything with the end goal of at least a level 6-7 lift and an evened-out canvas to work on going back to her blonde, all while maintaining her hair's health. And that's just what we did☺️✨
