🪄Washing your face with clean hands eliminates transferring bacteria from your hands to your face.

🪄Try washing your face twice! Yes I said TWICE. For 60 seconds each times. The first wash should be with a gentle cleanser for the purpose of cleaning the top layer of skin from bacteria, debris, and clearing sebum build up.
The second cleanse should be with a cleanser that targets your skin concerns. Ex:Acne cleanser for acne, hydrating cleanser for dry skin, ect.

🪄Dry your face with a CLEAN TOWEL. I wouldn’t use the same towel I dry my hands with and I wouldn’t use a towel more than two consecutive days. (I personally use disposable face towels but let’s take baby steps 🙃)

🪄Last but NOT least is your SPF!!!!!
