Well, they didn't turn out exactly as I had wanted, but sweet mint soaps are here! $5 each. These would make a great stocking stuffer!
This little corner is something I've had in my mind for a bit and it is finally being brought to life. Spring is around the corner and better organized supplies means room for more supplies!

Calendula is a flower in the marigold family that is incredibly useful medicinally. Calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and other soothing properties that can help with bug bites, scrapes, eczema, small wounds and bruises, and diaper rash. Very beneficial!
Next summer, we should have our very own patch of calendula ready to infuse for our soaps. Very exciting!
Oh, and the seeds? Very cool!

Making soap requires wine and a notebook. If you don't have a notebook, you can use your hand for measurement notes.
There's not really a substitute for the wine, though.
