Seeking: Salon Receptionist

We are looking for a vibrant, organized, and welcoming Salon Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our front desk and the first smiling face our guests see! You will be the master of first impressions and the ultimate multi-tasker, keeping our stylists on schedule and our clients pampered.

What You’ll Do:
• Front Desk Management: Warmly greet clients, manage a multi-line phone system, and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and maintain a highly efficient calendar for multiple stylists Salon software.
• Client Care: Anticipate client needs, offer beverages, and ensure the reception area remains spotless and inviting.
• Sales & Retail: Assist clients with product recommendations and process retail transactions.
• Admin Support: Manage client confirmations, handle cash/card check out, and maintain salon cleanliness.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a salon environment is preferred.
• A warm, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn booking software.
• A sharp multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment without losing their cool.
