We are seeking to rent the extra chairs/booth space within our salon. You can rent as little as 2 days per week. or as much as 6 days per week.
We are an established non-franchised, full-service salon for men, women and children serving loyal clients for the past 16 years in Englewood and surrounding areas. We are located by the Englewood Civic Center off W Hampden and S Santa Fe Dr, so it is at an excellent location!
We have available:
4 stations- with access to shampoo bowls, waxing station, hooded dryers, a secured supply cabinet
1 Private nail room with Manicure table and Pedicure Spa Chairs, secured cabinet

We provide a receptionist service to all the stylists. Appointment management is provided to all the stylists on our salon Iris appointment/management software with remote access to view your own appointment book as well online booking. If you rather like to management/book your own appointments, you are welcome to do that separately.

Backbar, Water, electric, and WIFI is included with the rent. We carry several lines of retails salon products for your client's convenience to purchase.
1-week free rent each year after the first year
Normal business hours are
Tues-Wed 10a - 6p, Thurs 10a - 8p Fri 10a-6p, Sat 9a - 4p
Closed Sunday and Monday. You will have a key and security code.
Commission sales on all retail sold
Sign-on bonus, if you stay and work well with us for more than 12 months, we will provide 1-month free rent credit (not to exceed $1000 total)
As an independent stylist, you are responsible for your own client management, taking payment directly, marketing/promotion, supplies, products, tools, and cleaning up after yourself. You will share common areas, towels, washer/dryer, shampoo bowls, hooded hair dryer, etc. Due to these shared usages, you will have some shared cleaning duties.
