Studio rooms for rent at Trace’s Massage Therapy LLC starting at $300.00 a month all utilities included! If you are looking to start your own practice or have a current clientele TMT can help.

There is a small, yet cozy lobby area when you first walk in, 2 rooms on the first floor and upstairs is a yoga studio/lobby area, a couple's room and another massage/treatment room.

There is ample parking located at the back of the building and opt into our sheet and towel services. Choose to be completely on your own or have help with booking and getting new clients. Make your own schedule, sell your own retail, and determine your own pay. Saturday availability highly recommended.

We currently have a client waiting list and marketing events planned to help boost your clientele. We are looking for professional individuals who have an entrepreneur spirit, have ambition, show initiative and motivation, are diligent, organized and determined. Our goal is to help you reach your goals.

We are located on a busy street located in the business district of Englewood at 130 W. Wenger Rd, close to I-70.
