Sarah Runion-Schmidt is Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in TMJ relief and deep tissue massage.
Available for 60, 75, 90, 120 minute sessions by appointment only. Sarah graduated from The Academy of Natural Health Sciences in Woodbridge, NJ in 2011. Upon completing their 650 hour Massage Program, Sarah began traveling the world and learning new massage techniques and becoming licensed in the states on FL, HI, NC, and NJ. Trained in Medical Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue/Therapeutic, Sports, Neuromuscular Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stones, Hot Bamboo, Reiki 1, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Assisted Stretching, Shiatsu, and numerous Body Scrubs and Wraps. Sarah specializes in deep tissue/therapeutic massage while using a variety of techniques that are a mixture of what she has learned while travelling the world. Sarah focuses on providing effective and relaxing treatments that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. Sarah loves helping her clients gain relief for their chronic stress and muscle tension.
