✨ DAY 6 POST-CO₂ — and healing BEAUTIFULLY! ✨

Six days into my CO₂ healing journey and I am SO happy with how my skin is progressing. 🤍

I’ve been very intentional with my post-treatment care — using my appropriate Osmosis medical-grade skincare, staying consistent with LED light therapy, and this morning I treated my skin to a CO₂Lift® Pro Carboxy Gel Mask. ✨

This mask is such a beautiful option for supporting skin after more advanced treatments — and I also love it as a luxurious add-on to just about ANY facial. Hydration, comfort, and that gorgeous refreshed glow… yes please! 🙌🏻

I still have some redness and pigmentation showing, which is completely expected at this stage. This is a 14-day healing process, so we’re only at Day 6 and my skin is still doing exactly what it needs to do.

And THAT is the part I love sharing with you — real skin, real healing, and real progress. 🤍✨

✨ DAY 3 — CO₂ HEALING JOURNEY ✨

And I’m doing FABULOUS! 🙌🏻🤍

Today you can really see the pigment pulling to the surface—and there is LOTS of it! 👀✨ This stage of the healing process is so fascinating to watch.

I’ve been staying very consistent with my post-treatment skincare, keeping my skin supported and hydrated, and using my LED regularly as I continue to heal. 🤍

Still some redness, still some texture, and definitely plenty of pigment showing itself…but that’s all part of the journey. I’m being patient, protecting my skin, and letting it do what it needs to do.

I’m documenting the REAL healing process day by day so you can see exactly what CO₂ recovery can look like—not just the final result.

I’m officially two days out from my first CO₂ laser treatment with Michelle at Revive Wellness & Aesthetics, and the healing process has been so fascinating to watch.

There’s still redness, texture and plenty of healing happening — exactly what I’d expect at this stage — but underneath it all, I can already see where this is going. 🙌🏻✨

I’ve been babying my skin, keeping everything gentle and supportive, and letting it do what it needs to do. Now it’s all about patience while the real magic continues beneath the surface.

And YES… I’m documenting it ALL — the good, the red, the peeling and eventually that beautiful CO₂ glow! 😂🤍

Immediately post-treatment, I applied ExoSkin exosomes, and since then I’ve been keeping things gentle and supporting my skin with Osmosis medical-grade skincare as needed while it heals.

There’s definitely still redness, swelling and healing happening — as expected — but for just 24 hours post-treatment, I am SO happy with how my skin is looking and feeling! ✨

And of course… this is only DAY ONE. 👀🤩
