Friendly reminder! I have had A LOT of last minute cancellations. The 24hr cancellation policy is not new! I must have 24hr notice. Also please be considerate of not just my time but the clients after you. If you are 10-15 minutes late we will have to reschedule. Trust me I know things come up and kids happen but not every appointment. Unfortunately I will be cracking down on both these policies due to it not just effecting my time with family/babysitters/etc but it’s effecting other clients having to sit and waiting for an excessive amount of time. Good morning! Just wanted to go over a few price points that may be confusing to some. A hilite and a hilite touch up and a “blonding” session are all different things that require different amounts of color and different time slots. This is what causes price to vary. The technique is called “Hilighting” because it requires foiling but the end result may be different. Example if you want to be lighter, that requires hilites root to ends. If you come in for a touch up, that requires foils but color only applied to new growth area, and lastly if you are changing your hair color or wanting to go a lot lighter all over, that is considered “blonding” which requires more foils than a normal hilite and requires more color because it’s being applied roots to ends. Hope this helps for your future booking. 💚
