Over the last month, it came to my attention I had some major priorities out of whack.

I sat for quite some time praying over this important decision and came to the conclusion, I need to let certain things go.

Being a hairdresser is very emotionally, mentally, and physically draining.

I'd find myself sitting in my car for an hour after work- just trying to process the day that just happened...along with whatever else life throws at me.

I'd find myself ragged- trying to make everyone else happy.

As I'm getting older, I find myself wanting simple. Minimalistic. Less, not more. Calm, not crazy. Peace over... a majority of things this world has to offer. My mental health is important. It's time to make that a priority. (AND Bella!! She deserves it.)

After 20 years of doing hair,
it's time to let it go.

Maybe not forever.
Maybe one day I'll get this old garage turned into a shop?!

But for now, it's time to get my house in order and listen to the calling and the purpose God has for my life. 💛

I am at total peace with this decision. There's so many things I am going to accomplish that I wouldn't be able to, if I continued to be a slave to hair.

I will still be doing balloons-
