On the day we celebrated the grand opening of LUSSO, we chose to make that day about more than just opening our doors. We also made it a fundraiser for my Tia Margarita as she was fighting cancer.

So many of our friends, family, clients, and even people who simply wanted to show their support came through those doors that day. Some of you donated, participated, shared our posts, or simply showed up for her, and I will never forget that.

It breaks my heart to share this update, but after a long and incredibly hard-fought battle with cancer, my Tia passed away.

She fought for so long and went through more than anyone should ever have to endure. Our hearts are hurting deeply, but I find comfort in knowing that Heaven gained a beautiful angel.

I just wanted to come back to this page and thank every single person who showed her love and support during that time. What may have felt like a small gesture to you meant so much to her and to our family.
