The member who completes the most workouts between November 26th and December 26th will win a 60 minute Lifestyle conditioning session! Second place will win a 30 minute lifestyle conditioning session! .

What a fun Covington Chamber event! Thanks to everyone who came out to Red Canoe, Copy it Mail it and to Pinnacle for the finale. We had so much fun rockin out with the band, Inferno!
