‼️ FINAL UPDATE! I've never been so happy to hear a phone ring! We are back in service!! 🥳🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️
I should maybe get a side job with the phone company. I ended up being the problem solver. 🤓😆

❗️Update: there really is no update. We are waiting on another new SIM card and a situation to be fixed with a tower.
Needless to say, it's been frustrating for us & I'm sure for those trying to call & schedule.
It is being worked on. 🤞
