Relaxation Massage

Every morning begins the same:
quiet kitchen, rising dough,
a rhythm she’s kept for decades.
But routine doesn’t replace rest.
Even the early risers deserve Me Time.

She gives every part of herself
to little people who don’t yet know
how much she carries.

But when the day is done
and the room grows still,
she deserves Me Time more than anyone.

When the mats are rolled
and the room is still,
the teacher becomes the student again —
learning how to rest,
to listen,
to receive.

Who needs Me Time?
The yoga instructor does.

Every day, he walks the same streets.
Through rain, through heat, through quiet neighborhoods that never see him rest.
He carries the mail — and everyone’s hurry, everyone’s hopes.

But who carries him?

Even the steady need a pause.
Even the reliable deserve Me Time.

Who Needs Me Time?
Maybe the man who never stops moving.

She spends her days making everyone else feel seen,
beautiful, renewed.
But when the last chair empties and the mirror goes still,
who tends to her reflection?

Every stylist deserves a touch of stillness.
Every giver deserves Me Time.

She keeps an eye on everything.
The meds. The meals. The mood shifts.
Her parent’s world has shrunk to these few rooms—
and she’s made herself small to fit inside it.

She doesn’t complain.
She just keeps showing up, day after day,
until even her own reflection looks tired.

Who Needs Me Time?
The caregiver who forgot what it feels like
to be cared for.

10/24/2025

She spends her evenings surrounded by papers
that aren’t her own.
Each check mark, each note,
is time she could’ve spent resting.
She gives her students her best —
but who gives that back to her?
Teachers need Me Time.

Who Needs Me Time?

She’s been on her feet since sunrise—
balancing trays, remembering names,
smiling through the noise of a dozen small demands.

Every “thank you” she gives comes with a tired nod,
and when the last table empties,
she finally exhales into the quiet she’s been craving all day.

Her kindness doesn’t run out,
but her body does.
And beneath that steady smile
is a woman who’s forgotten what it feels like
to be cared for instead of serving.

For her, Me Time isn’t indulgence.
It’s restoration.
A chance to stop giving for a while—
and simply receive.

Who Needs Me Time?

She’s been on her feet for twelve hours—steady hands, calm voice, holding space for everyone else’s pain.

By the end of her shift, the mask comes off, the stethoscope drops, and what’s left is a body that’s given more than it’s received.

Her compassion is endless, but her energy isn’t.

For her, Me Time isn’t a luxury—it’s a refill.

A quiet hour to be the one cared for, instead of the one holding it all together.

The body doesn’t always need fixing. Sometimes it just needs a quiet moment — a single breath — to let peace ripple through again.

At Me Time Wellness Center, every session is designed to help you return to that still point within yourself — where calm begins, and balance follows.

💧 Relax. Restore. Reconnect.

In this gallery of stone, even marble seems to breathe.
Each figure—strong yet serene—stands as proof that beauty doesn’t fade with time, it deepens.

Massage is much the same. Beneath the surface, there is warmth, vitality, and softness waiting to be revealed.

Rediscover how your body feels when it’s seen, valued, and cared for.

After finishing massage school, I knew my path wasn’t going to be the typical one.

Most of my classmates — about 90% women — fell into one of two camps:
🧠 Those fascinated by the science of massage — how muscles interact and how technique can change structure.
✨ And those drawn to the energy side — crystals, chakras, reiki, reflexology, and so on.

I didn’t fit neatly into either camp.
I felt the first treated the client like a project to be fixed.
I felt the second leaned on rituals that never spoke to me.

Here’s what I believe: every therapist gives the kind of massage they’d like to receive.

And me?
I just want to lie down and be massaged from head to toe — not because something’s broken, not because I need healing — simply because it feels good. Full stop.

Society has spent centuries teaching us our bodies are taboo.
Nonsense.
I’m here to unwind two hundred years of that thinking.

I give the kind of massage I want to receive — nurturing, human, uncomplicated.

My clients are out there — the ones who just want to feel good for no other reason than it’s their birthright.

Come give Me Time a try.
Let me remind you: it’s okay to feel good, simply because you’re human.

Our Story

I think it is important to build relationships with my clients. Relationships lead to trust. Trust leads to relaxation. Relaxation promotes the body's natural healing process. Physical aches and pains can be compounded by the emotional and psychological stress of day to day life. I strive to create an environment where the mind, body and soul can be all be nourished together. This is reflected in my approach.

I am inspired by the Esalen movement of the 1970s. I am attracted to its free and uninhibited characteristics. I try to stay present with my clients, react to their breathing patterns, and use long, flowing strokes to treat the body as a whole rather than a collection of individual parts. I firmly believe that a relaxed body and a quieted mind set the optimal stage for natural healing.

I do not have a set routine. Every client is unique. Every interaction is different. The one thing that remains constant is the opportunity for you let go and find your inner peace. There is a reason I call it Me Time.
