Tired, achy feet after a long day?
This is one of my favorite little add-ons because it’s simple but makes such a big difference.
Especially if you’re on your feet a lot, chasing kids around, or just feeling run down… your feet hold onto more tension than you realize.

Honest question for the women here:
Have you noticed your body responding differently to things like workouts, massage, or recovery over the last few years?
I’ve been hearing this a lot lately in my massage room and it’s been really interesting to see how common it is.
