Hey guys! Just a few things to announce as reminders:
If you’d like to remain on my client book, I need to see you by/before 12 weeks - even if you aren’t ready for color you should still be getting trims regularly. Clients who go beyond this timeframe will be subject to *new client pricing. Clients who go longer than 6 months could potentially lose their spot in my client booking completely.
No-call no-shows:
Ive been far too lenient on this rule so I will be enforcing a 20% fee of the services that were booked and missed added on to the next appointment booked and completed. A 40% fee of any services booked and missed that are 3 hours in duration or longer will be added to the next appointment booked and completed.
Cancelations within 24 hours are greatly appreciated
