Hi Lovelies! To continue providing the best experience possible for every client, I’ve updated my cancellation policy.
At Classic, I completely understand that life happens and unexpected things come up and I promise to extend grace when I can. At the same time, last minute cancellations and no shows directly impact the studio and the time reserved specifically for you.
Moving forward, appointments canceled outside of the required notice period and no-shows/no-calls will be subject to the updated policy listed above.
As always, communication is key and of course emergencies, sickness and unexpected work schedule changes will be taken into consideration. Please keep this in mind when booking an appointment.
Thank you so much for understanding, respecting my time, and continuing to support this little wax studio. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and can’t wait to bring new and exciting products and services this year.
