Thank you Bob Merski and Pat Harkins for recognizing Joe Lombardo. Saturday, Bob attended Joe’s retirement open house and presented a Commonwealth of PA House of Representatives Citation to Joe, honoring his retirement from Joe Lombardo’s Barber Studio.
