This change is being made so that I can better organize client communication and create a clear separation between my work and personal life. When I am away from work, my personal phone will remain strictly personal, and I kindly ask that this is respected moving forward.

Since this is a brand new work phone, I will not have everyone’s numbers saved yet. When reaching out, please include your name in your message so I know who I’m speaking with and can make sure I have the correct client information.

🚧 Little PSA for all my amazing clients! 🚧

The construction has officially made its way to 16th St., so if you have an appointment coming up, please give yourself some extra travel time. I still need to stay on schedule with appointments, so arriving a few minutes early (even if that just means hanging out in your car for a bit!) is always appreciated.

Depending on where you’re able to park, you may also have a bit of walking to do, so just be prepared for that possibility. If at any point I’m unable to use the front entrance, I’ll text you before your appointment with a heads up and directions so you know exactly where to go.

Also, a quick heads up: I’ll be starting my vacation after today! 🏖️ I’ll be spending some much needed time with family who are in town.

While I’m away, I won’t be responding to calls, texts, Facebook messages, or appointment requests. Please plan to send anything my way after I return to the salon on Tuesday, July 7th, so I can get back to everyone in order when I’m back.

If there’s anything you need from me before I leave, whether it’s scheduling, a question, or anything else, today is the best day to reach out.

🚧 Heads up, everyone! 🚧

I wanted to give you all a friendly heads up that construction on Main Street is set to begin April 23 and will continue throughout the entire summer. This will affect parking near the business, and availability may be more limited or change as the project progresses.

Because of this, please plan ahead and allow yourself extra time before your appointment to find parking. You may need to park farther away than usual and walk a short distance.

Appointment times will remain strictly on schedule and cannot be adjusted for late arrivals. It is very important that you arrive on time, as even a few minutes late can affect the rest of the day’s appointments. Your punctuality helps ensure everything runs smoothly for everyone.

There may also be times when the salon is not accessible through the front door due to construction. If that happens, I will contact you ahead of your appointment and ask that you please remain in your car until I can come get you and bring you inside.

Please also keep in mind that during this construction, all appointments are extremely tentative. With work happening all around the building, there may be unexpected disruptions, including limited or no access to the salon at times, and even possible days without water. If any of these situations arise, appointments may need to be adjusted or rescheduled on short notice. I will always communicate as early as possible if changes are needed.

I’ll be reposting this periodically throughout the summer as a reminder so no one is caught off guard. A little extra planning and flexibility will go a long way in keeping everything running smoothly!

⏰ Appointment Time Reminder ⏰

I want to post a gentle reminder regarding appointment arrival times.

My schedule is structured very carefully to ensure each service can be completed within its allotted time and to avoid running into the next client’s appointment. Because of this, I am able to accommodate up to a 10-minute delay if you happen to be running late.

Unfortunately, I do not have additional time beyond that 10 minutes. Arriving later than this means there is no longer enough time available to complete the service without impacting the next scheduled client.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule, and the appointment will be treated as a 24-hour cancellation.
